We wish for creativity when what we need is conviction

We must speak to our ideas like Dali and Monk must have spoken to their own

All of us are perfectly capable of creativity — the ability to generate new ideas.

But we don’t see the fruits of creation because we don’t invest in our own ideas.

We wait for someone else to confirm the value of our creative enterprise.

Instead, we must speak to our ideas like Dali and Monk must have spoken to their own:

“You are merely a seed. Nobody sees you. But you — my idea — are worthy. In you I will bestow the best parts of my energy and imagination.”
